1. Is SYNEW a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a professional automotive paint manufacturer with integrated trading capabilities, offering both in-house production and sourcing. You’re welcome to visit our facilities anytime.
2. What are SYNEW’s main products?
We specialize in automotive paint, car body filler, automotive adhesive sealant, and polishing compounds. To meet one-stop purchasing needs, we also supply related accessories such as spray guns, sandpaper, paper strainers, masking products, and more.
3. Does SYNEW have a color mixing system?
Yes. SYBON offers color mixing formulas suitable for most car models, and we continuously expand and refine this system to improve accuracy and coverage.
4. Does SYNEW offer free samples, and what’s the MOQ?
Yes, we offer free samples. The first sample fee is charged upfront but fully deducted from your first order, making it equivalent to a free sample. Our MOQ is flexible and varies by product type, and we strive to meet the quantity requirements of most customers.
5. What is SYNEW’s lead time?
Our standard lead time is around 15 -20 days after order confirmation. During peak production periods, it may take slightly longer, but we always strive to meet agreed delivery schedules.
6. How does SYNEW ship the goods, and how long does it take to arrive?
We work with long-term, reliable logistics partners. Full-container orders are usually shipped by sea. You can trust us to arrange the transportation. Transit time typically ranges from 1 to 2 months, depending on the destination.
7. What are SYNEW’s payment terms?
For small orders, we require 100% prepayment. For bulk orders, we accept 70% T/T in advance and 30% T/T before shipment.
8. How to place an order?
Simply email your order details to our sales department, including product model numbers, quantities, and consignee’s contact information (full address, phone, fax, and email). Our sales representative will respond within 24 hours to confirm the order and next steps.
